Pros

They have great benefits and offer good hourly wage.

Cons

There is no work life balance, they force you to work all the time. You will never get to spend time with your family on holidays and your forced to work over or come in early. Management is not fair, they show favoritism.

The average hrly employee is payed the same per department there is no separation in experience.

Cons

There is no room for advancement within the company all major roles are recruited straight out of college so an employee has little chance to advance beyond regular positions
