Pros

Pay is decent for skill level, can be challenging but also rewarding because of that. Processing Operator is very dirty job seasoning on you and get wet often but always something to do in lab and on floor running machine your entire shift. its a job. Some supervisors are very good about helping you with line problems when they happen. Vacation pretty good. 401k is up to 50 percent of first 4 percent of what you put in is better than nothing.

Cons

Forced OT is bad when low seniority, can be stressful first learning job, No home life because you wait until hour and half before end of shift to find out if you are coming in early the next day or staying over that night.
