So supervisors could meet plan for their salary, when it didn’t benefit the RSA who’s only filling in. They gossip, so don’t tell a supervisor confidential information because it’s not confidential the entire DC will know. RSR’s leave a lot undone, then it falls on the RSA you ask why they claim we are a “Team,” while also having to do your work.
