Pros

Used to be pay.Benefits are very good 😕Management sometimes listens, but you really need to operate almost as a independant worker, and work as if you owned your route.

Cons

The 35-40% pay cut that we took on the large format (TDD)side is too tough to get past.Weekly expectations are not realistic

Pros

The pay is above average, great for a 18 year old out of high school to start a career, if hired.

Cons

Work-life balance, lack of communication. Say goodbye to your social life because you will be too tired on your days off, or trying to catch up on sleep. Depending which stores and route you get, the receivers are very rude and mean to the vendors and make it hard for you to enjoy your job.
