Pros

Benefits are good, friendly co-employees. That's pretty much all there is when it comes to this job. Good luck if interested.

Cons

No work/life balance. Told you are starting at 3AM, but end up waking up at midnight to get to work at 1AM. Managers are unqualified and are not very supportive of their employees. Surprisingly uncoordinated for a large manufacturing/distributing company. 10+ hour work days. Don't feel like you get paid enough for the stuff you have to do/deal with.
