Pros

Pay, benefits, vacation, training, team work

Cons

Don't hire from within. Working in the warehouse you will always work in the warehouse, they will not promote to manager or anything higher up. Work-life balance.

Pros

None. The benefits are comprehensive and the other drivers are good people. Other than benefits, it is hard to come up with much since this company has changed so much in the last 10 years or so.

Cons

They keep changing the pay scale. Now, you can have money taken away from you. The sales number you are trying to achieve each week can be and is manipulated by management. They are clueless as a group. The failure is theirs and completely avoidable. They expect more for less.
