Pros

I was seasonal 6 months full time.......Weekly pay. Consecutive work day and off day. Full time 5 days on 2 days off (ex: work W-Su off M&T. Part time 3 days on 4 days off (ex: work M-W off Th-Su). 3 shifts 7a-3p/3p-11p/11p-7a. Very simply job but simply not for everyone. Interview questions are scenario type. A place where you seriously dont have to put up with anyone you dont was to

Cons

No yearly raise. Permanent full timer's can get forced in early or over on their usual work day and forced in on their off days. Really leaving no room to have a life outside of the work. Mandatory preshift meeting clocking in no later than 10 min to your shift

Pros

I worked for Frito-Lay for 2 years and it was a very enjoyable experience. I welcomed the added days and overtime, Because you will be well compensated and won't feel cheated for your services come payday.

Cons

On some days or nights depending on your shift, You may be crewed in to holdover an additional 2 or 4 hrs. to help out with the work load.
