Pros

Benefits, and good pay.

Cons

No work-life balance. Early morning shifts. shifts lasting from 10-14 hours a day. Poor leadership from management. Seniority based, so as a new hire expect to work the worst routes with no weekends off, and picking vacation weeks that are left over from bidding.

Pros

I don't really think I have a whole lot of good to say about the company xcept you get really cheap prices for potato chips.

Cons

You will be on the extra board for quite a while and got have the ability to pick your runs at all. You may or may not get to work that day but you will never know until the earliest the day before you can never plan time with your family for at least 3 years.

Pros

Decent Pay if you are a college graduate with experience in management with great benefits. Pepsico owns Frito Lay so lots of opportunities for growth. Established Billion Dollar Company. Company is here to stay...

Cons

Horrible training... horrible management... horrible environment .... horrible morale... 12-18 hours consistent shifts from 12am-4pm .... your personal life will suffer... lack of sleep so huge health hazard for many reasons... job is dangerous physically as well. With all those reasons, extremely high turnover which means Sales District Leaders are forced to pick up the slack and do their Route Sales Reps job because they are constantly calling in sick especially during the holidays and corporate doesn’t know how to fix this problem. The numbers for Las Vegas is great but the product sells themselves. The culture is the worst I’ve ever seen and would NEVER recommend anyone who wants work / life balance to ever work for Frito Lay as a Route Sales Rep or Sales District Leader. Run!!!!!!
