Pros

There aren’t any current pros for this company.

Cons

They set sales goals so high no one can hit plan, effectively giving their entire workforce a pay-cut. This has gone on for over a year. No one is buying their expensive chips so they resorted to picking their workers pockets to make “record profits”.

Pros

Good Overall Benefits and Compensation; Conscientious hard-working team, Most employees are very committed to the brand and want to do well for themselves and the Company

Cons

HR Teams (including leadership) are clueless. Favoritism is blatant, no HR accountability, line teams are better skilled in HR matters than those with the HR title. They are very clever about keeping arms-length from difficult situations then blame the line when there is an issue. They lie and make things up to cover their own butts. Their Centers of Excellence are a joke as well. Don't assume anything in HR is confidential - MANY loose lips sharing your private matters. A real shame, as a good Company is going to lose a lot of good folks over a disfunctional HR function.
