Pros

great for early birds and pays very well compared to other vendor companies

Cons

constantly increasing sales expectations even during slow season, will randomly add hundreds of dollars to your orders without any notice and you have to just deal with it

Pros

Pay is 'OK' -- performance pay can be terrible and subjective to the will of the company. They'll spike up play randomly and you'll miss out on any bonus with their flexible number.

Cons

Work life balance - expect 10-14 hour days on the regular. Management - condescending, can be helpful, ignorant to what's going on in the field most of the time as they're 22 year old college kids. Customers - Lol dealing with Walmarts is awful. Receivers can ruin or make your day.
