Pros

- depending on where you are the team has fun - benefits -base is 65,000 and you bonus up to 15% of your salary if you preform well.

Cons

- pay is not competitive for what you do! You are overworked to lead all these agendas and don’t receive enough pay or promotions. - physical labor on trucks (college grads it’s not an office job) you will have to go through aggressive route training. Waking up at 2am to drive a box truck to deliver product to multiple stores. - not enough extra. Guess what happens when someone on your team calls off.. you do their job. Either driving a truck or stocking multiple stores as a merchandiser. -in one year of working here I put 60,000 miles on my car.

Pros

Job security...they simply can't keep people flexible start times once you get your own route work by yourself most of the day easy but physical work

Cons

The hours are horrible. if you want to start at 5 am and go home at 6 pm this is the place for you They pay you just enough to keep you but you will not be compensated for overtime which you will be forced to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, essentially meaning they pay you for five days and then squeeze a free one out of you. Don't listen to the lies they feed you in training. As soon as you're trained its off to the wolves where every account hates you and your company for the terrible service they provide. Always short handed and you will be picking up the slack for it. Seriously, why do you think this company is ALWAYS hiring? big red flag. Its all about the numbers. you will be forced to cram product down your customers throats that they don't want or need so your manager can get their bonus the big corporate mentality is like a cancer that sucks the morale out of everyone.

Pros

Paid weekly, 2 weeks vacation upon hire

Cons

Pay for performance which is unrealistic sales goals. Even if met, yes you get your bonus , but then you have to answer for your unsellables (outdates, damage, etc) several weeks later due to lack of sales at accounts. Layman terms, get your bonus then sign the write up later. On this same note, Management will force product on you for your accounts to make their bonus. Even if you keep unsellables in check, your plan will go up shortly after. Then the cycle continues. It’s set up so you can’t win
