Pros

Some great people trying to make a difference. Some good tools waiting to take the market by storm.

Cons

Difficult economic climate leaves little opportunity to promote team work, everyone out to protect their own interests. Poor management and leadership.

This is a company with a good product in Heat Enterprise but a very poor management structure

Pros

Heat Enterprise is a competitive product and equal to other tier one offerings. The ability to have software on premise or in-house is flexible

Cons

The image however is not good in the marketplace and the price model is unworkable for large sites. This forces the company to discount heavily and that process is cumbersome. The integration of purchased modules from Germany and UK has been poorly executed and is full of restrictions. The company has significantly failed to reach it's sales targets for several years, is very poor in servicing its large user base. The sales model of hire and burn leads to a destabilised work force and heavy staff cut backs in March 2013 has flattened staff morale.

Pros

Very good colleagues. Helpful and supportive. Salary isn´t the worst on the market. Line Managers are mostly very helpful and supportive.

Cons

Management doesn´t care about the employees....and you can feel it. Increasing workload and no option of getting more staff.
