Pros

Little to recommend a business that has so little regard for staff and so little ability to execute upon its plans.

Cons

Not much to add to the comment above as it sums up the position quite straightforwardly. Too little time spent by Management considering the real world rather than abstract ideas of what the business would like to do. Far too little recognition of the very real issues operationally within the business and still less time spent addressing them.

Product has issues, Do not care about employees Sales are limited - will not make any money Just made 50 people redundant Senior Management only care about selling the company Declining in sales by 40% YOY from 650 employees now to only 450 employees

It's a ship that is listing badly aka SS Concordia. On 3rd CEO in 5 months. Time to head to lifeboats!

Pros

Have had some good training Like my manager Software is better than most competitors Onboarding reasonably smooth Lead gen folks who catch incoming calls, web registrations, etc., do a good job

Cons

Total lack of communication internally SharePoint isn't well used so always looking for things like presentations, current price lists, etc Poor marketing/analyst presence Losing market share Confusion with 3 CEOs in 5 months. Mike McCloskey left in late Aug. Few resources to support you in job SEs spread very thin, already lost 1/2 (one) of Asset Mgmt team in US Sales team is frustrated and feels like we're being blamed for low sales but what do you expect?! Externally facing website needs help Intranet site is a joke
