Too many changes at the top!

Pros

Too many products in the portfolio. Management is struggling to staff up that can be in level with the revenue and at the same time add features to the product lines. SaaS line of business is the silver lining. CRM business has some promises.

Cons

QA and the product maintenance is heading to China. Revenue has been declining since 2008 crisis.

You get individual projects. Exposure to whole software life cycle. Well experienced and cooperative technical team to guide you at every step.

Cons

Over all company is not doing good. No career growth.
