Pros

New CEO and other c-level executives in 2012 have brought innovative ideas and superior management skills. As far as HR goes, FrontRange offers a very competitive benefits package with great perks. All employees are friendly and dedicated to their job and the success of the organization.

Cons

Not too many cons to choose from. it is really a great place to work with very friendly and approachable executive staff. Availability may be lacking as they are in meetings all the time but is expected at that level.

Really - pros for you are, if you're not working there. Unfortunately, I could not find any pros.

Cons

Very political organization. The management is not professional - and that's an under-statement.
