One of my favorite parts about working for Frontage in my current role is the creative freedom to work on projects, events, new hire onboarding and activities for the employees. I am not micro-managed, our team works together seamlessly and we all work towards the same goals. Our HR Management is also very supportive to us.

Cons

Sometimes there is much work to be done, but I always have the opportunity to learn new skills and have a variety of experiences that strengthen my professional career.

Lack of good culture within the workplace for those not from China. Diversity is low and pay is very low for starting positions compared to other companies
