Pros

Frontage is growing very fast and there are so many amazing opportunities here. They have locations across North America and their business is expanding every day. This is the happiest I've ever been with a job (15+ years of experience). What I like best is that I'm treated with respect and I feel like I'm truly appreciated. The company culture treats all of us like family. So grateful for this opportunity!

Cons

I have not experienced anything negative about Frontage specifically since joining. I know there is pressure to met deadlines, and deliver high-quality work product, but that is no different than any of Frontage's competitors.

Ability to move up the corporate latter with minimal resistance, management team will recognize and reward you with your hard work ethics and contribution to the organization and will not map you into little grid and minimize your potential to grow. Recession and pandemic-proof industry, job stability and security. Chance to develop and form rewarding (personal and professional) long-term deep relationships with colleagues. Telecommute flexibility.
