coworkers were nice and salary was appropriate.

Cons

Management does not care about the safety of their employees. If a client wants a project complete, no matter how unrealistic or unsafe it is, the management will say yes then force the employees to follow through and get it done. If they voice their opinion on the unrealistic schedule or unsafe environment their job status is then threatened. Worst company I have ever worked for

- Very poorly paid, way below average, just barely met the legal minimum wage - Has absolutely no respect for employees - Not even possible for career advancement - Benefits? What is that? - Very stressful jobs with sudden deadlines and impossible tasks - Trying to cover up fatality scandal

People are extremely lazy, there is no accountability, no integrity and no training. There is no oversight that lay down the rules, everyone just does what they want and blame others when things go wrong and do not communicate properly. No one gets fired-They all just walk out and quit!
