Most positions are work from home. 128 hours a year PTO. Weekly coachings. Co-workers always willing to help out junior employees.

Cons

The majority of customers have no idea what a Home Warranty is. This can be irritating at times. Ironically, this is also why my job exists. There is little consistency between departments.
