Pros

Mmmm... remote? All that comes to mind

Cons

If you are an hourly employee expect to be worked to death, responsibilities to constantly increase, technology to constantly become more complicated to work with (if it works at all) and your wages to not even keep up with inflation much less be competitive in the industry. Oh and that is if you do not get outsourced and let go all together first. If you need something temporary take it but do not expect to make a career out of this company in an hourly role. Also vacation time is almost impossible to schedule... good luck winning the bids!

Pros

No micromanagement- great if you have the ability to work independently

Cons

Would prefer more team building to improve morale and employee engagement in a virtual environment
