Superb for gaining experience, but then move on ASAP

Pros

A good place to cut your teeth as and entry level employee. The "ULCC" business model means you will be overworked and underpaid but you will get a far greater breadth and depth of experience in a short period of time than you would at a legacy airline. Great for gaining experience but do not stay for more than three years, maximum.

Cons

Highly dysfunctional operation that manifests in an extremely toxic workplace. Financial waste is vast and egregious. Management is largely checked out from ground level reality.
