Pros

This company had all the right people working in the right areas, the amount of respect and dedication to work was over the top. We all did alot of hard work and yet had fun at doing it.This is a great company to work for at any, I mean any age!!!!!

Cons

The pay was just below the norm, but you still had all the the benifits, lots of free flight passes. The medical was realy good for a company this size.

Pros

- The people! Across almost every team, Frontier has amazing people. My closest friends are current and past coworkers from the various roles I've had. - I started in an entry-level role at Frontier in 2017 when we had about 60 aircraft. Today (about six years later), we have over 120 aircraft and I'm currently in my 6th role with the company. No matter which way you slice it, Frontier is growing FAST, which means there's solid opportunity for career mobility. - I can only speak for myself, but most of my direct leaders have been excellent (except for one, but that person has since been "positively transitioned" to another role). - Leadership supports growth and exploration. I've been through 3 departments, achieved a few promotions, and now work in a remote leadership role that offers excellent flexibility and work-life balance. - Yes, Frontier is a ULCC, which means management is lean and we wear a lot of hats. But we're generally given the autonomy to run our teams without being micro-managed by senior leadership.

Cons

- Needless to say, fast growth leads to "growing pains". There's been a lot of trial-and-error over the last few years with policies/procedures and operational design, but we're getting there. - Big-ticket decisions are often made at the 11th hour, which means scrambling to meet tight deadlines. Compound this with the sparse headcount on most teams and it can be very challenging to complete cross-functional projects on-time. - The pay/total compensation is not the best (again, Frontier is a ULCC, so this is somewhat expected), however it has gotten much better. Salary ranges have been adjusted over the last 8-12 months to match the current COL increase in most US cities, but no one's working for Frontier (or any airline) to get rich quick.
