none that i know of culture sucks not a fun place to work management is poor .ever hear of a place you can go from being in management one day and the next be a mechanic or inspection person and back again

hate working for republic idiots frontier knows how to do it senior management is clueless they bought colgans junk air plane q400 that they can't keep up on. why do you think colgan went bankrupt hope it happens to this dumb place.several of us looking for a new job

Pros

There is a good core group of people within Frontier, people who care about their jobs. I can not vouch for the new subsidiaries such as Midwest and Republic.

Cons

This company seems to be trending downward, and rightfully so because this company was taken over by a regional airline who received its revenue by contract flying for major airlines. Now this company (Republic) has to take on running its own major airline, and once it figures out what it's doing, it will eventually trend upward. However, it is unknown how downward it will go before it figures out once it is doing. Frontier was always known as one of the highest satisfaction companies, but it hasn't been able to retain its position there because of constant company changes, primariily from its owners (Republic) who is still learning.
