You get to travel for free. People are great to work with. Its nice to work with small company.

Cons

Pay is very much below other airlines. Senior Management seems like to lack direction in employee relations.

Pros

Free flight benefits, extremely physical, and great group of co-workers.

Cons

Management nearly non exsitant. One week to do a certain thing is okay, the next is a no no. Recently announced layoffs, on top of buying 80 brand new airplanes, pretty much a slap in the face. Our benefits suck, and it's a very big political game. It can be very irritating at times.
