Pros

Flight Benefits for yourself and your immediate family members Insurance Benefits Industry discounts and hotels and car rental agencies. Gain a greater understanding of airport procedures

Cons

Pay is below the industry standard with very little hope of an increase. Insurance, we have insurance, but it's not the best insurance and it doesn't cover a lot.

Pros

Coworkers are great! Flight benefits are good, when you can get on a plane.

Cons

Since the acquisition of Republic Airways of Frontier, the team spirit and family feeling of the airline has gone away. What once use to be Denver's home town airline, which employees are proud of, we are being transformed into something else, for better or worse. I worry that Republic, and their lack of knowledge of how to run a "real" airlines with actual customers, marketing and brand loyalty decision that we will probably see Frontier going away in some form or fashion within the next 12-24 months. Pay and benefits are low.
