Low low pay. I made more working in fast food. Management is horrible. You are overworked, under appreciated. Do not care about employees, refuse to hire people to clean during covid-19, refuse to pay employees who have doctors putting them on quarantine. Worst place I have ever worked.

Raises are across the board and done by salary percentage so when they say they cant afford to give a 25k salary employee a 2% raise, its likely because they are also having to all 20 Vice Presidents who already make six figure salaries that same 2%.....yet somehow money will always be found to give them alone raises. The PTO is a main selling point until you realize that PTO is mandatorily used for your holidays and sick time as well. They expect you to have experience and education yet pay less than a middle management position at McDonalds.
