Pros

Stable work schedule. Opportunity to provide care to people when they need it most. Individual duties are not particularly difficult. Coworkers generally are very kind and easy to get along with.

Cons

Unorganized upper management. Duties are constantly changing and increasing with no increase in pay. No upward mobility. You will be expected to go above and beyond with no guidance or compensation. There are rarely supervisors onsite. Doctors are rude and neglectful of clients and the CSRs receive the backlash. Required to use what little PTO you have for all holidays and office closings. No work/life balance for employees in all positions. All employees, especially therapists and case managers are extremely overworked and underpaid resulting in poor morale and mental health. The amount of work you do and the time you spend at this job is not worth the barely liveable wage you'll be paid. Lastly, all employees need more diversity training. A lot of homophobia and transphobia for a company whose slogan is "People are Important."

Pros

Great coworkers Good PTO Recent pay raises Appropriate HR

Cons

Not appreciated by upper management. Threatened me when I went to HR, stating that asking my coworkers what they would say in an exit interview was destroying the team. Denying being told about issues, refusal to work within guidelines. Expectations of crisis triage workers, who do not have the education, training, or support to do crisis work. Lack of tracking on the suicide hotline, adding of extra grants without taking team into consideration
