Pros

Great pay and benefits as well as reasonable work hours.

Cons

Strict attendance policies and diminishing bonuses. Also segregation amongst top sellers and representatives that were not having the same sells outcomes. This definitely didn’t help the morale of the office and personally I lost faith.
