The bonuses from commission are good when you can reach the goals

Cons

The base pay rate isn't that great now that minimum wage has increased base pay increases very minimum

Pros

Fair wages, not great but fair. Work alone, but help is usually a phone call away. Work outside/indoors Get to meet some great people, and some not so great people. Not everyone can have a gem of a personality.

Cons

Management seems out of touch, even at local levels. If you're not able to deal with some irate people this isn't the field for you. Seems to want to ignore more rural infrastructure that so desperately needs attention. Occasionally you get shocked.
