Pros

Some very creative minds developed a compensation plan which is unattainable, providing a large percentage of “free cash flow” for debt repayments. Don’t pay = cost reduction, good job.

Cons

Rules of engagement are purposely obtuse. Executive management divorced from reality. As a shareholder, I’m furious with the Board and when the first debt payment is missed, they should answer for their gross incompetence. It’s almost unfathomable that Frontier leadership could make so many poor decisions time and time again. Nothing nefarious implied here only the unbound, reckless egos or proactive indifference by those in charge. How many unrestricted, ”standard” shares have the Board and CXX’s purchased over the past 24 months?

great pay, great insurance benefits

Cons

commissions are constantly being changed without notification; after 20 years with verizon and 3 with frontier the difference was staggering; emphasis is put on low payed employees with it being made obvious that older employees are payed too much and need to go; constant monitoring which was relentless in the tampa office; many employees on job in jeopardy notification; since i was retirement eligible it was suggested i leave before getting fired for not reading the scripting exactly as it was written; i was told literally the customers absolutely love you, your sales are amazing, but that is not what frontier wants --
