      Pros

      There are nice people in Sales and Engineering. A person to person communication actually keeps this rusty machine together and moving.

      Cons

      Lack of products, extreme bureaucracy, ordering procedures and sales tools aren't user friendly. Lack of internal communication, terrible training on products and technologies.

      My direct team mates were amazing.. Had it not been for them I would have quit after less than 2 months.

      Cons

      Far too many to list. The very worst IT Management Staff I've even worked under. Those who can't get promoted to Management. Those who can get beat up daily by Management. This was the most toxic environment I've ever encountered in my 20 years in IT.
