Pros

Decent benefits, that's about it I would not recommend this company to my enemies they are just out to make a buck and will not give you the tools to do your job.

Cons

Poor Management team, no loyalty to employees, pays very little, communication services are based on old technology, I would not recommend this company to my enemies they are just out to make a buck and will not give you the tools to do your job.

Pros

The people were very friendly

Cons

There was a bait and switch at the interview process regarding pay rates and achieving the highest rate. The overtime was outrageous and supervisors never took into consideration family issues although they preacher being a family centered company. I know a woman with cancer who nearly list her job because she was "not dependable". The customers were very dissatisfied and rightfully so, and we were encouraged to mislead them to maintain accounts. Additionally, we were docked pay if we lost internet accounts so many employees would dump calls back into the queue, leaving a customer on hold for an hour or more. It was all and all one of the worst jobs I've ever had and caused me to sink into a terrible depression.

A communication company who has NO idea how to communicate

Pros

The complete absence of quality management allows you work how you want

Cons

There is no support within the organization. It is easier for management to fire somebody than to offer guidance and development.
