Commission, Environment, Facilities, Break room, Site management.

Cons

Frontier is stuck in the past. Puts too much emphasis on landline telephone service. Many customers have frequent outages, which increases repair calls, making it hard to make sales quota.

Pros

High growth company and moving smartly into obtaining more digital infrastructure and creating new services. Great customer service and technical support. Decent delegation of decision authority and proactive.

Cons

Some of the management needs to walk the companies talk. They have a set of values but some managers think they "own" people - which they don't. They lack that a manger or Executive is there to serve the organization; to be successful. Not the other way around.
