Overtime was provided and there was plenty of work at all times. People in general worked very hard

Bad working conditions, Supervisor non-supportive, lack of communication lack of support from team members.

ABUNDANT PTO ... and the ability to (easily, if you apply yourself just a little bit) to make really solid pay-for-performance benefits and sales commissions. Team atmosphere is fun.

Cons

Management witch hunts were visible to the floor techs and thereby decreased floor morale. Bickering, at times, was widespread. Personal agendas could easily get in the way of helping a team grow.
