Pros

I love coming to work everyday! Its not easy work, but definetly worth it. Pay is excellent in our area, workload is demanding and keeps me busy. Great bosses and compensation. 401K, Medical, Paid Time Off, Holidays Paid. Take the Lead compensation means extra cash for sales.

Cons

Every job has cons but it is how we deal with these that make or breaks the job. Finding a work-life balance can be tough but can be done.

Pros

So far this has been a better company to work for than Verizon, who was the last owner of our market. Our contract hasn't changed sence we became Frontier. Sounds like the new one will not be as good, but probably all in all, not bad. The management that I work for is easy going and they care about the customer. Luckily my supervisor trusts me to do my job and as long as I keep him in the loop on things going on, he allows me to self manage. I feel that my training has been great and I usually get the supplies that I need within reason.

Cons

Our back office systems are not that great and are several steps backwards. Some of the new applications are really nice and modern though.

Can't see a Future for this Company

Pros

Wage and benefits are decent...that's it! oh and we have a Pepsi machine that's nice and cold!!!

Cons

Upper and mid management with virtually NO technical experience in telephony. Abandoning systems and practices that had been working well. Insisting on running key support systems on mid-1990's AS/400 hardware that's been long since discontinued. AND utterly embarrassing buffalo commercials that are seen by the public as symbolizing "slow, dumb, outdated, ugly, and driven almost to the point of extinction."
