Cons

If you are looking for a fast paced ever changing environment where flexibiliy and multitasking must be staples in your toolkit, this is the company for you. The Company expects great things from their employees; we go above and beyond for our customers as the norm and we are rewarded for taking these leaps.

Upper management gets involved with customers and employees on ALL levels.Everyone understands it is a business...a very competittive one where everyone needs to pull their weight.. Not at all siloed, odds are if you were to ask any employee what their most important responsibility is, they would all reply "the customer". This doesn't happen by mistake...it is cultural.

Cons

We are working to improve our OSS. It is a huge task, but we are working in a focused, interdepartmental fashion.
