Employees are empowered to make decisions that affect the customer in a positive way, to make sure they are satisfied. In a rural town, Frontier is recognized thru out the area and vacant job positions are always sure to bring several local applicants. Frontier brings technology to rural America, that you would otherwise only find in metropolitan areas. Benefits are better than most other businesses in the area.
Cons
In very rural areas, not all customers can receive HSI, but all are offered our broadband satellite service. During storm season, the hours can be long, but we have indidviduals that put customer service at the top.
