Great Company - young and not for those that don't want a challenge

Pros

Treated fairly and valued if you put yourself into it and work hard. Not for those that want to sit back and let others take care of their needs. You do have to step up if you need something. Be creative and help the Company stay strong and move forward.

Cons

Not competitive with other Companies on early retirement offers vs. just laying people off. Early outs save jobs for those that really need them.

This is a good company to work for. A lot of hardworking quality people work for Frontier to bring good services to our customers at a good price. Pay and benefits are very good as well. Upper management has the correct approach to change the nature of the business and focus on internet services.

Cons

Technology is changing very rapidly.

Frontier has a culture to promote change and there is a lot of energy to improve processes to satisfy the customer. Frontier also has great employees and wealth of experience and knowledge of the telecommunications industry. In regards to the workplace, Frontier supports flexible work schedules and work at home.

Cons

Frontier is in an extremely competitive industry where customers are increasingly moving to wireless technolgies. The core strategic systems are dated and not easily modified to support the culture of change. Organizational changes happen quickly and often.
