Pros

Constantly investing in new technology platforms. Encourges local community engagement. Fosters creativity, innovation and putting the customer first. My oppinion is valued by my manager and our local market is run locally.

Cons

it is very fast paced, but it is a very fast paced industry. We are in a very competitive market and we have to adapt quickly to stay relevant. Our culture does encourage innovation to help move fast in a fast moving world.

Pros

none, objectives are so high, can not get commissions. People above have NO ILEC experience, Wireless experience does not count as that is retail and customers come to the retail stores

Cons

Sales process to get a contract processed, you have to do all T's and C's, plus do all the SOW's, input into SF, and then get the contract rejection, are only some of the contract/compensation process issues
