Pros

We take great pride in developing our agents, providing 100% U.S. based customer/technical service and being in the TOP 100 military friendly businesses. In our culture, we put the people (employees and customers) at the forefront of every decision.

Cons

Call center environments always experience change. Fortunately, our management always makes decisions that are fair and consistent for all employees while meeting business needs.

Freedom, they give you room to work do a good job, have fun

Cons

It is a large company with large company bureacracy, but no more than any other large company I have worked for. As with many other telco's there are the old timers that don't want to change.
