CEO is a strong personality and provides direction for the company. Well respected outside of company as well. Good employees to work with. Many have been with company for 10+ years. Strong community focus with emergency response focus as well. Supportive of hiring veterans and those with disabilities. US based company with employees located through the US.
Cons
Compensation for sales professionals is challenging. Ever-changing compensation plans made it difficult. Old telephone company philosophy in some regions. "Chieftain" attitude and over dominant leadership. Pay is not always equivalent to other providers. Drains sales and employee talent as a result. HR management unprofessional in approach and treatment of employees at times. Hard to advance within organization as positions are limited.
