Pros

Salary, benefits, 401k, etc... Nothing special here.

Cons

Low raises. No paid overtime unless you are a union employee. Stock lost more than 50% value. Typical CEO with huge ego and no common sense. Mid to upper Management a bunch of yes men. Do as I say not as I do.

Pros

The benefits are good. A great learning experience for what not to do in a corporate environment.

Cons

The culture is fear based with little to no support from supervisors or senior management. Training is non-existent and new hires are expected to figure out processes and procedures on their own. Employees are in self-preservation mode due to the culture, so collaboration is limited and getting "thrown under the bus" is common.
