      Pros

      It is a steady paycheck. The employees made it a tollerable place to work. There are a lot of talented individuals in the company.

      Cons

      There is a hard line between senior management and the rest of the organization. Most new ideas come from the top. Employees are not empowered to improve the company's performance which limits the amount of influence a person can make to grow the business. The human talent pool is being wasted because it is not utilized.

      Good work/family life balance in my work group-

      Cons

      The company bit off more then they could chew with buying Frontier 13 and even after 2 years still do not have competitive products to offer in those territories. Fear Frontier may go out of business because thousands of customers not getting billed from their new and improved billing system. Benefits were very expensive and they are currently cutting several employees pay.

      Pros

      Positive vision for the company, I am treated very respectfully and there is always work to be done -- all this in a fast moving industry. Having been employed in many jobs, in many industries I've enjoyed my time at Frontier and hope that the company continues to grow and compete in the telecom industry.

      Cons

      My work life vs personal life balance needs improvement. It's hard to remember that work is only one part of your life and that a strong personal life is important.
