Company is good but does not prepare for future or advancement well.

Union wages are good very community focused.

Cons

No common vision or direction that the company wants to move. Still buddy system for promotions.

Frontier leadership team, including CEO clueless on how to run former Verizon properties.

Salary is ok, but not much chance for advancement unless you are well connected to the CEO.

Cons

Leadership team could not think their way out of a paper bag. They do not consult with former Verizon mgt employees on anything, which has resulted in large scale mistakes. For example, FiOS TV exit strategy totally messed up to the point an outside consulting firm had to be brought in. Sr leadership team has lied to employees and I have been asked to lie as well (which I refuse to do).

Good benefits, nice work location, great co-workers, opportunties to learn and perform many different job functions to help develop your skills.

Cons

Long work hours with a difficult balance of work and personal life. Advancement opportunites and low. A very poliical environment.
