      everyone is friendly, pay is good, and good benefits

      Cons

      It really depends on the position you hold. For me the biggest con was the lack of clear direction in a position where the rules were ever changing and when you reached out for clarification you got conflictingly different answers from different supervisors. Nobody seems to be on the same page.

      Pros

      Good bank that values their employees. Nice branches and good reputation in Texas. Opportunity within the commercial/ investment/trust side of the bank.

      Cons

      Pay can be low for starters and it is hard to move up because people work here forever. Some people play favorites as well.
