      - Good training opportunity to learn about financial products and services. - Fair amount of discretion in making decisions. - Depending on region (Dallas), can be opportunities to advance quickly. - Dallas culture is far better. Frost is a good company, but experience is vastly different depending on the region you work.

      Cons

      - Depending on location (Fort Worth), very toxic work environment. - Management egos, peers or other staff taking notes on any mistakes and sending it to management. - No upward mobility or ability to transfer to another department unless you are already a manager with 6 years of experience with the company. - Your personal experience is based on favoritism with management. - HR is unexperienced with military leave and orders
