      Pros

      Frost is generally a great place to work, paid vacation time for part time employees, benefits, most people are great, and customers are loyal.

      Cons

      Management has taken a down turn, the pay is not competitive, too many changes occurring in a short amount of time with no real opportunity for input from employees which makes it easy to become unhappy. Communication could also be improved.

      No annual bonuses for the majority of employees, dated HR policies and procedures, benefits could use updating to match other companies more competitively
