Pros

Great work family atmosphere with many really long-timers. Excellent work environment for a manufacturing plant, with bright LED lights, air-conditioning and the best tools. Strong operations leadership with some large recent investments in fabrication and manufacturing technology.

Cons

It can't be helped, but manufacturing plants often have to adjust the labor force due to changes in product demand - so - sometimes there is wait to be hired as a permanent employee. To reduce the lay-offs of the permanent team, Frymaster uses temporary members.

Pros

-easy work -decent balance of responsibilities & downtime -good people to work with/for

Cons

-More than preferable amount of days where there is not enough work to fill out 40 hr work weeks -Can become burnt out from repetitive monotonous tasks (personal gripe though)

Pros

Some salary workers are paid over time as well. Great group of supervisions and a lot of people have been there a long time.

Cons

They are very busy which is a good problem but you might be asked to switch shift with very little notice. This might not be an issue for everyone so its not exactly a con.
