Pros
Good people working around you and on the manufacturing floor. The pay and benefits are average.
Cons
Since Manitowoc Crane started restructuring the Food Service side, it has not been so positive. I can only speak for the engineering department, but they let go the people who have been there and had knowledge of the products. They then put people in charge that did not have proper knowledge for that position. The electronics department used to be the best in the business, but with the new manager, they all left and only one person is in that department now.
