Pros

There are some really great people that work here and sometimes that's the only reason I haven't found another employer. On the plus side, the company is aware of how low the employee morale actually is and they are taking steps to change that.

Cons

Salary is especially low for employees that have been with the company a long time. New hires, especially in higher levels, seem to be where all the money goes. Employee morale is quite low and it seems to be because the company is extremely profit focused, usually at the expense of their employees. Almost all departments are understaffed and, therefore, overworked, yet no one seems interested in rectifying the situation because it's "not in the budget".

Pros

Great co-workers, which was the only plus to working here

Cons

Salaries, benefits, bad management. Management spent more time micromanaging what time a clock was punched to avoid overtime and less time actually caring about their jobs. Lab managers had no knowledge of how to even run the tests their employees were running.

Pros

The coworkers are fantastic, and they have an unmatched vacation program. The Job itself was enjoyable, and only made better by having excellent workers to share your day with. The newer management at least seems to be focused on safety and improving plant conditions. Company also is financially stable.

Cons

The working conditions in the plant are atrocious. The ventilation is terrible. Executive management is out of touch with actual operations and employees, making for unrealistic expectations and a poor work-to-reward system. You aren't rewarded for diligence and strong work ethic, and the pay isn't great.
